The Alexander Technique is a gentle yet powerful approach for rediscovering the ease, lightness, and freedom of movement you once knew when you were very young. Learn to prevent habits of tension and compression that cause back pain, stiffness, stress, and fatigue by developing a more conscious and trustworthy relationship between your mind and body.

Allison Foley, ACAT certified, has been teaching the Alexander Technique for over 20 years. She was a faculty member of Barnard College for 10 years and has taught at the 92nd St. Y, Manhattan School of Music, Movement Research, NY Public Library, yoga studios, corporate offices, and health clubs throughout NYC.
